Tim's world has been turned upside down. His dad's in prison. His mum's had a breakdown. And he's been sent to stay with his weird Uncle Seb. Seb, and his two kids, Flower and Brian, run Green Watch - a pressure group that supports green issues. At first Tim thinks they're a bunch of cranks - but soon finds himself entangled in a fervent battle to save badgers from needless extermination.
