This is the story of Bawse the young badger. Badgers are inoffensive solitary creatures, and Bawse was typical of his kind - quite content to live in his underground home and even to share it with foxes and rabbits so long as they left him alone. Yet even this led him into adventures - from getting caught in a well-trap to being hunted by an angry farmer - and in reading about them you will learn all sorts of interesting things about badgers.
